The customer wanted to add shelving to both a home office and bedroom. The shelves were constructed in-place in order to achieve a seamless built-in look. The four office shelves are 2″ thick to help give them weight and to balance the tall ceilings. The bedroom shelves are 1 1/2″ thick so they don’t overwhelm the smaller nooks. The right side has 4 shelves, with the left side having a fixed desk with a single shallower shelf above.
